【ラジオ・MC】
スチュアート·オーは、バイリンガルMCとして日本のラジオやイベントで活動しています。NHKラジオ「LIVING IN JAPAN」のパーソナリティや、IIBCのストリーミング番組「ENGLISH UPGRADER」、さらに「ららぽーと富士見アイランドミュージック」のナビゲーターを務めており、日本語と英語の両方で明るく親しみやすい進行を行っています。一方、イベントMCとしては、東京2020オリンピック·パラリンピックでは幕張メッセの会場MCを担当したほか、東京ゲームショウ2023や2019年のラグビーワールドカップスポンサーイベントなどの大規模なイベントでもMCを務めました。ファッションや飲食、エンターテインメントのイベントに加え、フード＆ベバレッジ、商工会議所や大使館のイベント、大手企業のプロモーション、クールジャパン関連のイベント、さらには日本文化や国産品の紹介イベントにも幅広く携わっています。家族向けのイベントからビジネス向けのものまで、多彩な分野で活躍しています。

スチュアート·オーは、ハイテンションなシャウト系の日本語や、スポーツキャスターやリングアナウンサーのような迫力と厚みのあるアメリカ英語を駆使し、250本以上の国内外のテレビCMキャンペーンのナレーションを担当してきた、誰もが知っているその声で、現在もその実力を発揮し続けています。その他に、世界160カ国で放送中のNHKワールドでは、落ち着きと滑らかさが際立つBBC風の英国英語でナレーター兼ナビゲーターとしてレギュラー出演中です。また、ビジネスニュース専門チャンネル「NIKKEI-CNBC」をはじめ、日本の話題を世界に発信する番組で多数のナレーションを担当しており、吹き替えや番宣のナレーションも幅広く手がけています。

声優としては、NHK Eテレの「スシタウン」で主人公ツナ役を務め、NHK Eテレの「Veggie Life」では男性キャラクターの声を担当。また、アニメ「リトルハローキティ」ではすべての男性キャラクターを演じ、世界的に大人気のバトルゲーム「TIME CRISIS 4」および「TIME CRISIS 5」ではロバート·バクスター役を含む数々のゲーム作品に出演しています。さらに、2024年9月に世界的にリリースされた「LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW RePoP」では、「ZED」役を務めています。そして、2024年からの3年間、富士急ハイランドの英語園内アナウンスも担当しており、テーマパークに訪れる多くの外国人観光客に向けたナビゲーションを行っています。

スチュアート·オーは、人気アニメ「黒神-The Animation」の劇中歌「EXPLODE WITH THE RAGE」や、ダウンタウン松本人志監督の映画「しんぼる」に使用された「CROW」など、数々のアニメサウンドトラック、映画のテーマソングや挿入歌、CMソングを歌い上げています。さらに、日本のヒップホップグループRIP SLYMEの15枚目のシングル「太陽とビキニ」にコーラスで参加するなど、日本のメジャーアーティストとのレコーディングやライブ共演も多数行っています。企業向けのオリジナルサウンドトラック制作やテレビ、ラジオ番組の音楽プロデュースにも活かされ、彼自身が作曲·演奏するオリジナル楽曲にも反映されています。ライブ活動では、70年代、80年代、90年代のポップ、ロック、ディスコを中心としたカバーライブが大好評であり、毎年6月にドイツ大使館で開催される「BDFガーラ」や、2019年のラグビーワールドカップ日本開催時のサポーターイベントなど、企業パーティーやイベントにも多数出演しています。一方、NHK Eテレの英語教育番組出演歴が多く、その延長として大人気の家族や子ども向けの英語教育ライブショーも行います。英語の単語やフレーズを歌とダンスに取り入れたハイエネルギーなパフォーマンスは、幅広い層の観客を魅了し続けています。

【MC: Radio & Events】
Stuart-O is active as a bilingual MC in Japan, hosting both radio programs and live events. As an event MC, his resume include being the venue MC for Makuhari Messe during the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as MC-ing at major events such as the Tokyo Game Show 2023 and sponsor events for the 2019 Rugby World Cup. He has also hosted events across various sectors, including fashion, food and beverage, entertainment, embassies, chambers of commerce, Cool Japan initiatives, and cultural and local product promotions. From family-friendly gatherings to business-focused events, his expertise spans a broad spectrum.
On radio, Stuart-O hosts NHK Radio’s Living in Japan, the IIBC streaming program English Upgrader, and Lalaport Fujimi Island Music. His cheerful and approachable bilingual delivery makes him a favorite with listeners in both English and Japanese.

Stuart-O has narrated over 250 television commercial campaigns in both Japan and abroad. Known for his dynamic Japanese shout-style delivery and powerful, resonant sports announcer/ring announcer American English, his voice is instantly recognizable. He is also a regular narrator and presenter on NHK World, broadcasting to 160 countries. His elegant, BBC-style British English is particularly suited to these programs. Other credits include narration for NIKKEI-CNBC and numerous programs introducing Japan to a global audience, as well as voiceovers for dubs and promotional content. As a voice actor, Stuart-O has voiced lead roles such as Tsuna in NHK E-Tele’s Sushi Town and male characters in Veggie Life. In the anime Little Hello Kitty, he voiced all male characters, and in the globally popular video games TIME CRISIS 4 and TIME CRISIS 5, he portrayed Robert Baxter among other roles. In September 2024, he voiced ZED in the globally released Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP. He also provides English announcements at Fuji-Q Highland, assisting foreign visitors with navigation throughout the theme park.

Stuart-O is a versatile DJ who has performed at promotional events for luxury brands and corporations such as Hublot, CORONA, ADIDAS, Veuve Clicquot, ASTON MARTIN, JTB, and Philip Morris. He has also appeared at corporate and hotel parties, final parties for incentive tours aimed at inbound audiences, and events at popular tourist landmarks like Tokyo Skytree. Additionally, he has served as an event DJ or resident DJ at prestigious Tokyo hotels, including the Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s MADURO, The Peninsula Tokyo’s PETER, and the ANA InterContinental Tokyo’s MIXX LOUNGE.

Stuart-O has lent his vocals to many prominent projects, including EXPLODE WITH THE RAGE for the anime Kurokami -The Animation and CROW, featured in the Matsumoto Hitoshi-directed film Symbol. He has also contributed to numerous anime soundtracks, movie themes, and commercial songs. As a vocalist, he has collaborated with major Japanese artists, including providing backing vocals on RIP SLYME’s single Taiyou to Bikini.
In addition to producing original soundtracks for corporate clients and TV and radio programs, Stuart-O composes and performs his own music. His live performances, covering hits from the '70s, '80s, and '90s in genres like pop, rock, and disco, are highly acclaimed. Highlights include annual appearances at the German Embassy’s BDF Gala and supporter events during the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan. He also performs a highly energetic live show for families and children, incorporating English words and phrases with song and dance, captivating audiences of all ages.
【TV, Drama & Film】
Stuart-O has appeared in numerous Japanese TV shows, including Sekai Marumie! TV Tokusobu, Gurunai, TKO Kurofune Japan, and Nippon no Mikata. As an actor, he has played roles such as the former Australian Prime Minister in TBS’s Nihon Chinbotsu, and has appeared in films like Judge! and dramas like Amalfi Begins. His performance in the short film The Wheel earned him two Best Supporting Actor nominations at the Seoul Webfest 2018 and the Asia Web Awards 2018. In addition, Stuart-O has been a regular on NHK E-Tele’s English education programs and contributed to the video content for New Horizon, a junior high school textbook by Tokyo Shoseki.
